Sciatic Notch measures approximately 28mm at its widest point. This right sided bone fragment contains portions of the ASIS,AIIS, Greater sciatic notch, inferior gluteal line, a small portion of the lower ileum. Just superior to the greater sciatic notch a small portion of the preauricular and auricular surface is observed. The auricular surface measures approximately 21mm superoinferiorly and approximately 34mm anteroposteriorly. The acetabular fossa is entirely missing, although the lateral portion of the PIIS is in tact.. Postmortem breakage is excessive. The anterior gluteal line is absent from the specimen. The entire bone fragment measures approximately 133mm from ASIS to the longest posterior point. The height of the fragment measures approximately 82mm at the longest point.
