- dark, dull outer curve (patchy coloration and striated ceramic)

- curved edge has serrated design

- inner curve: glaze design of yellow and terracotta colored wavy stripes; damaged, greenish discoloration near base

- side of bowl or large plate (potentially indicative of plates placed in graves of individuals of African ancestry)

- thick ceramic (~8mm thick)

- outer edge width 12.85 cm; sides to points 11.3 cm and 11.0 cm; edge to point 9.8 cm
