Finally, our website is born

Today we launch the Arch St Project, the offical website chronicaling the on-going journey of the First Baptist Church of Philadelphia cemetery, supposedly relocated in 1860, but found by PMC Property Group during their development of 218 Arch Street.  On this website you will find the history of the site, related historic documents, archaeological resources, and updates as the remains unearthed at Arch St are cleaned, documented, and analyzed.  We hope you find this website interesting and informative.  Please contact us if you have questions or suggestions.  This project is completely funded through private donations and the time and goodwill of many volunteers.  If you are interested in donating, please visit our crowd-funding site.
