- green glass bottle with broken neck, stored in RU-401 box

-7.6 cm in outer diameter

- embossed writing in rectangular indent - "GEOW. FLANAGEN"  curved over "BOTTLER" and " PHILADA."

- other side embossed on non-indented surface with curved "DYOTT VILLE GLASS WORKS" over "PHILADA."

- bottom of glass has spherical indent and bottom lip/edge is approximately 1.1 cm thick

- height of bottle (with broken neck) is 13.2 cm

- glass at neck is approximately 4 mm thick
