Proximal articular end plus some proximal shaft broken off post-mortem. Ante-mortem stress markers include robust muscle attachments and moderate to severe twisting/warping of bone by fascia stress. Interosseus crest extremely large suggests strong interosseus membrane tension. Medial flattening of bone from pressing against tibia?
